about two mnhts ago i was perfetly allrigth in i get temperature i also smoke ..but due to bad throat i didnt smoke for a week after i was allright i started smoking after smoking half of the cigrette unintentionally i cheked my heart beat it was bit fast than usuall i lose nerve and thought why it is fast and i was also alone at home ...as a result my hear start pumping very fast adn i had cold sweated hands and foot and the cycle started till i took an anxyolytic and was allright...next day i tried to smoke again but only after taking the cigrette in the hand my heart beat was very fast i threw the cigrette and felt happy that i can smoke no longer..but after two days mwhen my brother was leaving for office suddenly a thought came in my mind that if my heart beat goes on fast i am alone what would happen a certain felling came into my mind i lose my nerves and my heart beat was fast agian...then it setteled in my mind that heart beat can become faster itself i cant control it and i disliked the fellin worst when my heart beat was fast...same thing hapenned two time mores...and the i was oin severe depression i thought why nd only why i am suferring from it.....io lose weihgyt and hair fall....i was very healthy before this and had strong silky black hair this thing further tensd me ....now i am having unrandom sequence of thoughts and sleeping problems....please help me out...i cant live with ths thing...
